Péter Korponai has 10 years of financial consulting experience, which he gained at leading consulting firms such as Deloitte and DLA Piper.

During his career, he supported more than 200 clients in various industries such as energy, healthcare, real estate and construction. His prominent experience includes management of complex corporate transactions, financial modeling, company valuation, credit rating and financing consulting. He has significant expertise covering the entire energy vertical, including financial modeling and valuation related to the acquisition of petroleum deposits, lignite-fired and combined cycle gas turbine power plants, renewable power plants and LNG terminals.

He graduated from Corvinus University in Budapest with a degree in finance and accounting. During his studies, he spent one year in the US state of Georgia, where he gained international experience as a scholarship student at Georgia Gwinnett College.

Gábor Földvári graduated from the College of Finance and Accounting with a degree in System Organization in 1993. During his professional career, he made numerous successful investments in IT, trade and commercial real estate. As the majority owner of Földvári és Fia Kft., he is the owner of Capstone Befektetési Alapkezelő Zrt. as well. Chairman of the Corvina Foundation of the National Széchenyi Library between 2005-2020 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mű-Terem Galéria Kft. between 2005-2018. Member of the Board of ExBus Nyrt. between 2006-2008, Member of the Board of Rába Nyrt. between 2008-2012, founding owner of Bookline and Member of the Supervisory Board from 2006, and Member of the Board of Reál Hungary Zrt. from 2008.

Dr. Judit Hevér completed her university studies in 2008 at Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Law. She started working as a candidate lawyer in a law firm with international client base, where she continued his activities as an employed lawyer until 2016, mainly in the field of civil, economic, and real estate law. She has been working as an individual lawyer since 2017. Initially, she continued her activities in cooperation with law firms. From 2019 she provides legal support to a group of companies with a Hungarian ownership background. In addition, she also provides legal services in the areas of commercial and labor law. He speaks English at a negotiation level, German and Italian at a conversational level.

Gyorgy Stofa graduated from the Vienna University of Economics in Austria with a BA degree in economics.

He first dealt with real estate development and financing as an employee of UniCredit, Bank Austria AG, then gained experience in energy trading as the managing director of Keroleum Befektetési és Kereskedelmi Kft., and then as the commercial director of AIK Energy Hungary Kft. In his current position as the operational director of GTC S.A., he uses his experience in the field of commercial real estate.

Ede Telc spent one year of his high school studies in Brighton, Great Britain, at the Education First Business School. He started his professional career in 2011 in the IT market with retail sales, then switched to maintaining relations with key customers at HRP Europe Kft., one of the leading hardware-software distribution companies in the country, and founded his own IT web store. Since 2016, he has been dealing with real estate utilization, operation and sales at Reál Hungary Zrt., whose portfolio includes residential, industrial, commercial real estate and accommodation. From the beginning of 2021, he is also active in the solar panel market, having founded his own company for the installation and maintenance of household and industrial solar panel systems.
