László Vadas graduated from the Budapest University of Economics and Public Administration with a degree in economics from the Faculty of Finances. He then obtained a degree in auditing and studied economics at the post-graduate school of Central European University. He studied market regulation and theoretical economics at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. He passed the stock exchange exam at the Budapest Stock Exchange and the commodity exchange exam on the Budapest Commodity Exchange. He speaks English and German fluently, Russian and Dutch at the conversation level.

He began his professional career at OTP Asset Management in 2000, and from 2001 he worked for McKinsey & Company Inc., a strategic consulting firm. In 2005, he and his colleagues founded a consulting company called Central European Management Information (CEMI). Over the past 15 years, he has worked on more than 200 projects in 20 countries, typically in financial, energy, utility and food sectors.

Since 2016, he has been an investor and advisor in a portfolio of 35 start-ups. His mentored businesses include a mechanical engineering developer, a mechanical engineer, a food, IT, agricultural and sporting goods company. Previous investments include health and real estate investments with successful exits.

As the majority owner of Földvári és Fia Kft., he is the owner of Capstone Befektetési Alapkezelő Zrt. as well. Chairman of the Corvina Foundation of the National Széchenyi Library between 2005-2020 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mű-Terem Galéria Kft. between 2005-2018. Beáta Szoboszlai graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Budapest University of Economics as an economist with a degree in finance, and then as an economist with a degree in law from Eötvös Loránd Loránd University. She participated in the American Young Leaders Exchange Programs of the German Dräger Foundation, and then spent a year in Boston with a Humphrey scholarship, where she also studied MBA.
