Gábor Földvári graduated from the College of Finance and Accounting with a degree in System Organization in 1993. During his professional career, he made numerous successful investments in IT, trade and commercial real estate. As the majority owner of Földvári és Fia Kft., he is the owner of Capstone Befektetési Alapkezelő Zrt. as well. Chairman of the Corvina Foundation of the National Széchenyi Library between 2005-2020 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mű-Terem Galéria Kft. between 2005-2018. Member of the Board of ExBus Nyrt. between 2006-2008, Member of the Board of Rába Nyrt. between 2008-2012, founding owner of Bookline and Member of the Supervisory Board from 2006, and Member of the Board of Reál Hungary Zrt. from 2008.

László Vadas graduated from the Budapest University of Economics and Public Administration as a certified economist in the Department of Finance of the Faculty of Economics. He obtained a certified public accountant qualification and studied economics at the doctoral school of the Central European University. He studied market regulation and theoretical economics at the University of Groningen in Netherlands. He took the stock exchange examination at the BÉT and the commodity exchange examination at the Budapest Commodity Exchange. He speaks English and German at a negotiation level, and Russian and Dutch at a conversational level. He began his professional career at OTP Alapkezelő in 2000, and then worked at the strategic consulting firm McKinsey & Company Inc. from 2001. In 2005, he founded the Central European Management Information (CEMI) consulting company with his partners. Over the past 20 years, he has worked on more than 200 projects in 20 countries, typically in the financial, energy, utility and food industry. In September 2020, he was one of the founders of NAP Plc., CEO until its IPO, and then Chairman of the Board until September 2024. Since June 2022, he has been CEO of Magyar Zöld Acél Zrt.

Tamás Korányi graduated from ELTE in 1984 with a degree in philosophy and history. Later he took a stock exchange examination. He worked as a business journalist from 1984 to 2017, and from 1991 he was the stock exchange columnist of NAPI Gazdaság, then the editor-in-chief and owner. He has been a private investor since the reopening of the Budapest Stock Exchange in 1990. He was a member of the board of directors and supervisory board of FOTEX Plc., the supervisory board of the Budapest Stock Exchange and the Budapest Commodity Exchange, the board of directors of EXBUS (formerly known as NABI) Plc., where he also held the position of chairman, and the board of directors of Bookline Plc. He is currently the chairman and CEO of Baál Vagyonkezelő Zrt. He is one of the founding shareholders of NAP Plc.

Árpád Szabó holds an economist degree, after obtaining his bachelor's degree from the College of Finance and Accounting, he graduated from the University of Szeged with a specialization in finance and IT. He is an experienced company manager, with more than 20 years of experience in the banking, investment, real estate and energy sectors. He has extensive knowledge in management, board and supervisory board positions, and is currently a member of the supervisory board of Capstone Investment Fund Management Plc. He began his professional career at Raiffeisen Bank, then worked for a long time at CIB Bank, then at MKB Bank, in corporate financing areas. After his banking career, he ran businesses, typically in the real estate and energy sectors, including the Greenfield Hotel&Golf complex in Bükfürdő. He has been actively involved in the management of sports organizations for years, previously leading the Hungarian Synchronized Swimming Association as president for nearly 5 years, during which time the sport achieved historic successes.

Ede Telc spent one year of his high school studies in Brighton, Great Britain, at the Education First Business School. He started his professional career in 2011 in the IT market with retail sales, then switched to maintaining relations with key customers at HRP Europe Kft., one of the leading hardware-software distribution companies in the country, and founded his own IT web store. Since 2016, he has been dealing with real estate utilization, operation and sales at Reál Hungary Zrt., whose portfolio includes residential, industrial, commercial real estate and accommodation. From the beginning of 2021, he is also active in the solar panel market, having founded his own company for the installation and maintenance of household and industrial solar panel systems.
