László Vadas graduated from the Budapest University of Economics and Public Administration with a degree in economics from the Faculty of Finances. He then obtained a degree in auditing and studied economics at the post-graduate school of Central European University. He studied market regulation and theoretical economics at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. He passed the stock exchange exam at the Budapest Stock Exchange and the commodity exchange exam on the Budapest Commodity Exchange. He speaks English and German fluently, Russian and Dutch at the conversation level.

He began his professional career at OTP Asset Management in 2000, and from 2001 he worked for McKinsey & Company Inc., a strategic consulting firm. In 2005, he and his colleagues founded a consulting company called Central European Management Information (CEMI). Over the past 15 years, he has worked on more than 200 projects in 20 countries, typically in financial, energy, utility and food sectors.

Since 2016, he has been an investor and advisor in a portfolio of 35 start-ups. His mentored businesses include a mechanical engineering developer, a mechanical engineer, a food, IT, agricultural and sporting goods company. Previous investments include health and real estate investments with successful exits.

Gábor Földvári graduated from the College of Finance and Accounting with a degree in System Organization in 1993. During his professional career, he made numerous successful investments in IT, trade and commercial real estate. As the majority owner of Földvári és Fia Kft., he is the owner of Capstone Befektetési Alapkezelő Zrt. as well. Chairman of the Corvina Foundation of the National Széchenyi Library between 2005-2020 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mű-Terem Galéria Kft. between 2005-2018. Member of the Board of ExBus Nyrt. between 2006-2008, Member of the Board of Rába Nyrt. between 2008-2012, founding owner of Bookline and Member of the Supervisory Board from 2006, and Member of the Board of Reál Hungary Zrt. from 2008.

Dr. Judit Hevér completed her university studies in 2008 at Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Law. She started working as a candidate lawyer in a law firm with international client base, where she continued his activities as an employed lawyer until 2016, mainly in the field of civil, economic, and real estate law. She has been working as an individual lawyer since 2017. Initially, she continued her activities in cooperation with law firms. From 2019 she provides legal support to a group of companies with a Hungarian ownership background. In addition, she also provides legal services in the areas of commercial and labor law. He speaks English at a negotiation level, German and Italian at a conversational level.

Beáta Szoboszlai graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Budapest University of Economics as an economist with a degree in finance, and then as an economist with a degree in law from Eötvös Loránd Loránd University. She participated in the American Young Leaders Exchange Programs of the German Dräger Foundation, and then spent a year in Boston with a Humphrey scholarship, where she also studied MBA. He took a professional exam at the Budapest Stock Exchange. Also worth mentioning is her Chartered Financial Analyst qualification (CFA Institute, charterholder). She started his professional career at the Budapest Stock Exchange in 1998, where she worked as a market and product development expert, including the introduction of futures products and the options market. In 2003, she joined the Boston Consulting Group, an international strategic consulting firm, where she mainly worked on projects for telecommunication, banking and energy clients, in the Budapest office, and in London, Boston and New York. During 2006, at the request of the risk management area of MOL Nyrt., she participated primarily in the development of Enterprise Risk Management processes, in presenting the results to the board, and then continued her career in the strategic "think-tank" of the company group. From 2015, she held strategic planning and business analysis management functions at MVM Zrt., but for more than 4 years she also led a complex energy innovation project involving several subsidiaries of the company group.

Ede Telc spent one year of his high school studies in Brighton, Great Britain, at the Education First Business School. He started his professional career in 2011 in the IT market with retail sales, then switched to maintaining relations with key customers at HRP Europe Kft., one of the leading hardware-software distribution companies in the country, and founded his own IT web store. Since 2016, he has been dealing with real estate utilization, operation and sales at Reál Hungary Zrt., whose portfolio includes residential, industrial, commercial real estate and accommodation. From the beginning of 2021, he is also active in the solar panel market, having founded his own company for the installation and maintenance of household and industrial solar panel systems.
